Terms of commission
These terms govern mapping studies and related drawings commissioned from Route Vectorhub Analytics. They apply once you ask us to reserve weeks or we send a written quote you accept.
Acceptance
By sending a briefing, paying a deposit, or confirming a quote in writing, you accept these terms. If any part of a quote conflicts with this page, the quote wins for that study only. We work from Level 12, 25 Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, Tbilisi 0186.
The work
We reconstruct and draw logistics operations from records you supply and from yard visits you permit. We do not sell software, tracking hardware, warehouse installations, or legal advice on customs. Plates, overlays, and a reading are the deliverables named in the quote.
Your records
You warrant that you may share the waybills, yard books, and gate access you provide. You remain responsible for redacting personal data you do not want copied into our file. We may refuse a study if the records cannot support a drawing, as described on the rates page and in the refund note.
Intellectual property
Drafts and final plates remain our copyright until the balance is paid. After payment, you may hang, copy internally, and show the plates to staff and insurers. You may not resell the plates, publish them as a ministry-style corridor map, or present them as another office’s work. We may show anonymised specimen sheets in the atlas unless the quote forbids it.
Liability
A mapping study is a reading of a named period, not a guarantee of future hours or a substitute for your own duty of care on the road. We are not liable for lost hauls, lease decisions, or staffing changes you make after the sitting. Our liability for a study is limited to the fee paid for that study, except where Georgian law forbids a limit (for example death or personal injury caused by our negligence on a yard visit).
Yard visits
You must ensure a safe place to stand and a person who can say where we may and may not walk. We follow your site rules. We do not enter moving lanes or climb trailers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule in Georgia says otherwise.
